Recent & Scheduled Calls
The Contivio Recent & Scheduled Calls tab shows your most recent calls or media, and the Scheduled calls you have coming up. To schedule a new call, click on the calendar icon and click on "New."
Recent Contact Logs
Contact Logs is the fourth option in the Contivio Side Bar – directly below Recent History.
Recent calls and contact numbers are displayed for all communication types and highlights four pieces of information:

Scheduled Calls
Scheduled calls can be set for any date and time, along with a message or note for the agent to serve a reminder to the agent. Once scheduled, a notification will pop to the agent, asking if they wish to proceed with the call. If accepted, the call will continue. Otherwise, if not accepted, the agent can perform a manual call back, or reschedule the call accordingly.
Scheduled calls can also be done through your CRM, which will push the scheduled call information into Contivio.
