Voicemail
The Contivio Voicemail is a visual graphical interface of ‘Personal Voicemails’. Visual voicemail lets you see a list of your voice messages and choose which one to listen to or delete. A badge on the ‘Voicemail’ icon in the Telephony Bar indicates how many unheard messages you have and how many saved messages you have.
Visual Voicemail
Voicemail is the eighth (8th) option in the Contivio Side Bar – directly below Scripts. Voicemails displayed are calls that come directly to your personal/direct line. Queue voicemails are not displayed here.

A user can navigate to the Voicemails portlet to listen to their personal messages.

Voicemail Notification
|
When a user signs into Contivio.com, the ‘Voicemail Notification’ pop-up alert will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of their screen. The alert indicates how many messages are new/unheard, as well as, the number of saved messages. Selecting the ‘Listen’ button will play the new voice messages.

Note:
All voicemails are saved as .mp3 format. You’ll have to have a media player installed to listen to them (e.g., Windows Media Player). If you don’t, you’ll be prompted on your first attempt to listen to a voicemail to install one.
